- Both — we default to proven tools like n8n, Zapier, or direct API integrations wherever they fit, and only build custom agent logic where off-the-shelf tooling can't meet the accuracy, latency, or compliance bar.
- What happens after the automation goes live?
- You get documentation, admin access, and a recorded walkthrough for your team. Ongoing monitoring and iteration are available as a separate retainer, but nothing is locked behind us — you own the workflows.
